OFFICIAL RULES FOR ARISTOCRAT PRODUCTS

1. ELIGIBILITY
The $7500 75th Anniversary (the "Contest") is offered and open only in the state of Ohio to legal residents of the United States (except where such entry is prohibited or restricted by law) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of submitting the designated Contest form (each, a "Participant"). Employees, officers and directors (including immediate family members and members of the same household) of Aristocrat Products, Inc. ("Sponsor"), ABC/Fox Television, and Niche Productions, including their parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to participate. By participating in the Contest, each Participant agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest. Sponsor shall be responsible for resolving any disputes and rules violations that arise in connection with the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

2. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The Contest begins at 4:30 PM Eastern Time on January 28, 2010, and 10/1/10.

3. ENTRY.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Only one entry per person is permitted. If a participant submits more than one entry to the Contest, only his/her first entry will be entered and any additional entries will be void and ineligible for the Contest. Each Participant who submits the designated Contest form (subject to all applicable eligibility restrictions) is eligible to enter. By submitting a Contest form participation form, each Participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the Contest in part or in its entirety, (a) in the event the game is cancelled or postponed due to weather or (b) for any other reason in Sponsor's sole discretion.

4. PRIZES
The following prize cash values will be awarded: $7500 Aristocrat Gift Card that can be applied towards an Aristocrat Products purchase only.

Winning Participant must execute a Release Form and provide any additional documentation or information reasonably requested by Sponsor (including, but not limited to, tax reporting information) prior to receiving cash prize. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for any other items by the winner. The winner cannot assign or transfer prize. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a comparable prize of like or greater value, including cash, for any prize, for any reason.

The Winner will receive their prize in the form Gift Card to Aristocrat Products upon compliance with the Official Rules, including, but not limited to, execution of a Release Form and providing all information or documentation reasonably requested by Sponsor, no earlier than 10/5/10.

All certificates for prizes not claimed by 12:00 midnight on 10/1/11, shall be considered null and void.

There will be no substitution of prizes. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees.

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, Participants accept and agree (a) to be bound by these Official Rules, including eligibility requirements; (b) that the decisions of Sponsor are final on all matters relating to the Contest; and (c) to Sponsor's use of Participant's personal information submitted in connection with the Contest. Winner will be required to complete, execute and return a Release Form (including, but not limited to, a publicity release) within four (4) days of notification, and, in any event, prior to receiving any cash prize. Failure to return documents in a timely manner will result in disqualification. Where permitted by law, each Participant grants to Sponsor and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and those acting pursuant to its authority, the right to print, publish, broadcast and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter developed, including but not limited to the world wide web, at any time or times, each winner's name, address (city & state), portrait, picture, voice, likeness and biographical information for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration or compensation.

6. WAIVER OF LIABILITY
The Contest Entities and their respective employees, licensees, representatives and agents make no warranties, express or implied, relative to the use or enjoyment of any prize or portions thereof, including without limitations, its quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. By entering the Contest, each Participant agrees to hold harmless and fully release the Contest Entities and their respective employees, licensees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, death, or damages of any kind caused by any prize or resulting from the acceptance, possession, quality, use or misuse of any prize, or any portion of any prize or travel related to the receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to (a) unauthorized intervention in the Contest, (b) technical error related to computers, servers, or providers, (c) printing errors, (d) errors in administration of the Contest or the processing of entries, (e) any cancellation or modification of the Contest due to weather or circumstances beyond Sponsor's control, or (f) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Participant's participation in the Contest or receipt of any prize. Participant further agrees that in any cause of action, Sponsor's liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Contest, and in no event shall Sponsor be liable for attorney's fees. Participant waives the right to claim any additional damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages.

In the event the Contest is challenged by any legal or regulatory authority, Sponsor reserves the right to discontinue or modify the Contest, or to disqualify any Participants residing in the affected geographic area.

The Contest Entities shall not be responsible for lost, late or misdirected entries, for incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete entry information whether caused by a Participant, equipment, or technical malfunction or for any human error, technical error or malfunctions. Sponsor reserves the right to halt, modify, or suspend the Contest at any time before or during the Contest due to situations beyond the control of the Contest Entities such as work stoppages, acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, etc.

The Contest Entities shall not be responsible for typographical or other human or technical errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising, the Official Rules, the selection and announcement of any winner or the distribution of the prizes. Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Contest.

7. CHOICE OF LAW
All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. This Contest and these Official Rules will be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio. Any court of competent jurisdiction sitting within the State of Ohio, Montgomery County will be the exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute arising out of or relating to this Contest or these Official Rules.
