As a manufacturer in Dayton, Ohio our facility has expanded from our original "one man shop in a shed" to a state of the art manufacturing compound along side I-75 at Needmore Road, that is for many, a Dayton Landmark.

Founded by John Vance Sr. over 70 years ago, our product lines have stayed current and our employees are the cornerstone to our success. Today with assistance from the third and fourth generation of Vance’s, Johnny Vance Jr. is the president and chief operating official of an ever thriving home improvement business.
